Melia Baby Seat

For the safe and secure transport of infants and toddlers, the Melia baby seat and toddler seat are essential additions to your Winther cargo bike. Designed for children aged 2 to 18 months, these seats offer the ideal balance of safety, comfort, and functionality. The Melia Baby Seat is securely attached to the Child Seat Luxe.

The Melia baby seat is specifically designed for the youngest passengers aged 2 to 9 months. This rear-facing seat ensures maximum safety during journeys and encourages close interaction with the rider and other children in the cabin. Although the seat direction can be adjusted, we strongly recommend keeping it rear-facing for optimal safety.

As your child outgrows the baby seat, it can be easily replaced with the Melia toddler seat or Toddler Cushion (suitable from 7 to 18 months), extending safe and comfortable rides for several more months.

Both seats come with an adjustable 3-point harness system and Kid Safe buckle for extra protection. Made from shock-absorbing EPS foam, they include a removable and washable cotton cover, making them both hygienic and easy to maintain.

Optional: Melia Body and Head Support sold separately for additional baby support.

Child Seat Luxe

The Child Seat Luxe is designed to offer maximum safety and comfort for older children riding in the Kangaroo Luxe cargo bike. The seat slides into aluminum rails and is secured using strong clamps, allowing easy rotation to face either forward or backward, depending on your child’s age and needs. The backrest also reclines into a comfortable resting position.

With two adjustable positions, the seat is made from breathable mesh fabric for optimal airflow. The ergonomic backrest provides neck support, ideal for naps on the go.

The seat is firmly attached using two snap hook brackets at the base and can be rotated to face the rider for better interaction. A 5-point safety harness is included for added security.

Weather-resistant and easy to maintain, the Child Seat Luxe is exclusively compatible with the Kangaroo Luxe.
